Continuing the networking fervor amid Asian flare, young Jewish adults in business and professions will launch a second season of Tuesday Schmooze Days on October 12, 2010 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm.  Once again, the place to be seen and get known will be Asia Sushi :: Wok :: Grill in The Fountains, 7600 W. Camino Real in Boca Raton. This series of five “happy hour” events is presented by Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County’s Metro Division for adults in their 20s to 40s.

Wine, beer, sake and a sampling of delicious light Asian fare are included in the couvert. The fee for each event is $10 for $365 and above donors to the UJA/Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County 2011 Annual Campaign; and $15 for donors below $365 or those who have not made a 2010 Campaign gift.

“Metro Business offers young business leaders and professionals a home in the Jewish community, with access to the best in networking and opportunities to learn from high-level speakers and entrepreneurs,” said Dan Levine, Metro’s Business Vice Chair.  “Designed for fun and networking without a formal speaker or program, our Schmooze Days also let people know how Metro can help them make contacts and grow their business, while helping our Jewish family locally and globally. Newcomers are especially welcome.”

This season’s Schmooze Days continue on December 14, January 11, February 8 and April 11, all at the ORB Kosher certified Asia Sushi :: Wok :: Grill. In addition, the Metro Business Networking Series season will start with an evening of innovative, interactive “Speed Networking” on November 12 at 6:00 pm on the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County campus west of Boca Raton.

Tuesday Schmooze Days are made possible through the sponsorship of Asia Sushi, Wok & Grill. Metro Division is generously sponsored by The Sandelman Foundation. CM Graphics and TD Bank are the generous Metro Business sponsors.
