Jewish women of all ages are invited to a morning of fun and fashion, reflection and inspiration. At 9:30 am on October 12, 2010 the Designer department of Bloomingdale’s Boca Raton at Town Center will be the setting for the fourth annual Spirit & Spice fall program. Presented by the Dorothy Seaman Department of Women’s Philanthropy, this will be the first event of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County’s exciting and powerful women’s season. A $36 couvert includes Kosher light bites.

“We’re excited to offer women throughout the community this unique opportunity to preview fall trends with Bloomingdale’s expert stylists", said Kim Greenbaum, who is co-chairing Spirit & Spice with Dawn Pollay. “They’ll also strengthen their spirit with Rabbi Marci Bloch of Congregation B’nai Israel’s inspiring words for the New Year, and by learning how they can help address the growing needs in our own community, in Israel, and overseas.”

“We’re so grateful to Bloomingdale’s for partnering with us on this event,” added Co-chair Dawn Pollay. “And Bloomingdale’s will donate ten percent of our participants’ tracked purchases on October 12th to the Federation.”

Bloomingdale’s will also be the setting for the spring Sprit & Spice program, when the Passover spirit arrives a little early with a cooking demonstration on April 5th at 6:00 pm.

Space is limited, so early RSVPs are strongly advised. For more information & Spirit and Spice or other Federation events and opportunities for women, contact 561-852-6090 or staceys@bocafed.org.  RSVP online at www.jewishboca.org/spiritandspice
