After watching Chef Keith Blauschild prepare a tantalizing assortment of Passover dishes (dietary laws observed), they’ll taste his creative twists on traditional recipes as well as his innovations for memorable seders and a delicious holiday week. They’ll also get ideas to refresh their Seder tables with new trends in entertaining accessories. “With scrumptious samplings of kosher Passover recipes, and a glass of wine with old and new friends, amid the beautiful new spring table accessories and décor at Bloomingdale’s, how can we help but be inspired?” added Co-chair Dawn Pollay. In addition to hosting the evening, Bloomingdale’s Boca Raton is pleased to donate 10 percent of the event participants’ tracked purchases made on April 5 to the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County. The Department of Women’s Philanthropy is generously sponsored by Boca Raton Regional Hospital. With 20 years of experience in the hotel and resort industry, Chef Keith Blauschild has held executive chef positions in top South Florida kitchens, including The Doral Resort and Country Club, Lauderdale Yacht Club, The Polo Club of Boca Raton, and PGA Resort and Spa. Five years ago, Keith acted on his passion for catering, and founded Parkland Chef with his wife/business partner, Dena Lowell. To RSVP, visit www.jewishboca.org/spiritandspice.
