The summer heat can’t slow down our energetic young Jewish community, and they’re taking it to the ice for Metro’s first family event of the season. Young adults, and kids from tots to teens, are invited to skate and enjoy dinner with old and new friends on Sunday, September 11, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, at Saveology.com Iceplex in Coral Springs.

Summer heat and travels can’t stop our community’s young Jewish adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s from getting together for prime networking and socializing. On Monday, August 1 from 6:00 – 7:30 pm, they’re all enthusiastically invited to Prime Cigar get on the move and make new connections with the Federation's Metro Division. $25 couvert includes cigar, a drink, appetizers and short presentation from Ashton Cigars.

Helping the community is serious business, but young local Jewish leaders are once again out to prove it can also be uproarious. Comedy Night Live, the season's biggest, boldest and most boisterous young adult event of the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, will take place on May 12, 2011. The place to be: Zinman Hall turned Chic Comedy Club on the Federation campus, 9901 Donna Klein Blvd, Boca Raton. Accompanying the comedy will be hors d'oeuvres and cocktails, including a L'chaim vodka Martini Bar, with dietary laws observed.

The young Jewish community has been moving with Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County's Metro Division, and now they're taking it to the ice. On Sunday, April 3, 2011, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm, all are invited to see old friends and make brand new ones on their blades of glory at the official practice facility of the Florida Panthers: Saveology.com Iceplex is located at 3299 Sportsplex Drive, Coral Springs.

South Palm Beach County's young Jewish adults in professions and business will be on the move and making new connections again. All are invited to the Metro Business Networking Series Event on Thursday, March 10th, at 6:00 pm to enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres with great company, make new contacts and connect with the Jewish community. They'll gather at the beautiful Shirley & Barton Weisman Delray Community Center on Atlantic Ave. west of Delray Beach.

Across 40 bowling lanes, 160 family members of all ages from throughout the Jewish community reunited with old friends while making new ones at Metro's Family Bowling event on Sunday, October 17. The afternoon at Strikes Bowling Alley in Boca Raton launched the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County Metro season's family activities.

South Palm Beach County's young Jewish community is keeping on the move and heading for new connections at the Metro Division's Family Bowling event on Sunday, October 17, from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 pm. All are invited to see old friends and make brand new ones, at this warm, lively afternoon of lunch, bowling, contests, Mitzvah service projects, and children's activities. All ages are welcome, and childcare will be provided

Continuing the networking fervor amid Asian flare, young Jewish adults in business and professions will launch a second season of Tuesday Schmooze Days on October 12, 2010 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm.  Once again, the place to be seen and get known will be Asia Sushi :: Wok :: Grill in The Fountains, 7600 W. Camino Real in Boca Raton. This series is presented by Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County's Metro Division for adults in their 20s to 40s.
